Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns.

Except for the standing illustration (angle XYZ and all movements), the movable parts are our copyrighted property.

We do not include the transfer of copyrights, so please contact us if you wish to purchase. (We do not waive moral rights, so permission is required for the use of secondary works.)

Even if we transfer the copyright, we do not give you the cmo3 file (original data) because we do not transfer the secondary copyright.

Please confirm in advance with the artist who drew the illustration you are bringing in that you will commission modeling to an outside company.

Please allow us to add parts (facial expressions and effects) to create a three-dimensional effect.

Please note that we may need to add side hair parts due to the high range of motion. We can add the hair parts, but we ask for the artist's permission. If the artist draws the hair, we will prepare a rough sketch and ask you to draw the hair in the same way.

We will not be able to answer questions from non-payers regarding the division of parts.

Please understand that the Premium Plan requires the use of Vtube studio.

We recommend the use of iOS (iPhoneX or later) because the web camera does not respond to distortion of the mouth and surprise eyes.

The prices quoted are for individuals, please inquire separately for companies.

We hope you understand that we cannot imitate other people's Rig.

We do not communicate directly with the artist and will contact you through you.

Since we are working on several pieces at the same time, we do not provide progress reports.

The scheduled date of delivery is as we inform you at the beginning of the project.

The scheduled delivery date does not include retake days, so if you are in a hurry, please contact us for a delivery date. （If you are in a hurry, please contact us to discuss the delivery date (in that case, please be prompt in your replies).

Please note that corrections will not be accepted if the data is not confirmed within 3 days.

For retakes, we only accept modifications to the modeling.

If you would like us to add or change parts or modify the illustration itself, this is possible, but requires the artist's permission and an additional fee since it is not included in the retake.

Retakes are limited to 5 per retake. (This does not include any defects due to our fault).

Large changes may not be handled free of charge, and will be revised only after an additional fee is paid.

Please note that we cannot accept retakes if we do not receive a reply within a few days after delivery.

If there are additional requests (or requests outside the scope of your request), it may take longer due to scheduling reasons.

We will respond promptly to any problems after delivery is complete, regardless of the number of retakes.

Please note that we will not be able to answer any questions until we resume accepting them.
